Sausage filler including instructions
Due to the easy handling the sausage filler is perfectly suitable for hobby sausage makers as well as for smaller gastronomy businesses, which want to produce their own sausage.
The cylinder, which is fixed on a wooden board, can be fixed to a table with the help of two enclosed screw clamps.
The attached sausage filler can be operated with one hand while filling, so that the second hand can be used to guide the casing.
For filling with sausage meat the cylinder can be removed.
The sausage filler can easily be completely disassembled for cleaning.
