Nitrite pickling salt, for the production of fine sausage and meat products.
Delicacies inexpensive, easy to make at home -
also as a gift (an instruction or recipe and advice or tips on request by e-mail)
e.g. cured ham (knuckle) or delicious cooked ham, smoked duck and/or goose breast, root bacon,
"Smoked" pork fillets and much more
Ingredients: evaporated salt, preservative: sodium nitrite E 250 0.4-0.5%;
release agent: sodium hexacyanoferrate (II) E 535
- Delivery quantity: 1000g
- Delivery includes storage box with lid (green or blue) with pouring opening (see picture)
- MHD.: at least 6 months after delivery (exact minimum shelf life on the package)
Look out!
Nitrite pickling salt is table salt with added nitrite!
It is not suitable for "raw consumption" e.g. on eggs!
It can only be used for curing meat or sausages.
It must not get into the hands of children!
Please store separately and dry!
Please also note that frequent consumption of cured food
can lead to diseases!
