Equipment:
On the stove and on the coal drawer there are adjustable ventilation flaps.
The stove has stable locks with removable key (child safety lock!).
There is a perforated partition plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber.
You can also use the Smokio oven exclusively with wood for heating and smoking at the same time!
The oven can be hung on hooks or on 9 further levels with fish, meat or sausage.
9 holders for hooks/grates + 1 holder for the grease plate on each side are completely assembled.
You can smoke hot and cold.
Optionally, you can use an electric heater (Smoki No. 103) or a gas burner (Smoki No. 104).
