Smoke oven with closed combustion chamber for about 20 fish.

There is a perforated separating plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber, so you can also heat and smoke exclusively with wood with this Smoki smoker!
The oven can be hung on hooks or in 5 further levels with fish, meat or sausage.
You can additionally equip the oven with an electric heater or a gas burner.
