SMOKI smoking technique: Handmade quality in series!
Smoker with closed fire chamber for approx. 20 fish.
Dimensions: H 85 cm, W 39 cm, D 33 cm.
There is a perforated separating plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber, so you can heat and produce smoke with this Smoki smoker using wood only! Or classically with coal, gas or electric and smoking flour.
The oven can be hung on hooks or loaded with fish, meat or sausage on 5 further levels.
You can additionally equip the oven with an electric heater or a gas burner
