On the oven and on the charcoal drawer there is an adjustable ventilation flap each.
The oven has stable locks with removable key (child safety lock!).
There is a perforated separator between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber.
You can also use the Smokio oven exclusively with wood for heating and smoking at the same time!
The oven can be hung on hooks or in 9 other levels with fish, meat or sausage.
9 holders for hooks/grates + 1 holder for the fat plate per side are completely mounted
You can hot and cold smoke.
optinal you can use an electric heater (Smoki No. 103) or a gas burner (Smoki No. 104)
