The insulated smoker from SMOKI is double-walled and insulated with 20mm Rookwool. The door is also made double-walled insulated.
There is a perforated separating plate between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber, so you can heat and smoke at the same time with the Smoki wood-burning smokers! A smoking tray is included for the use of an optionally available electric heater or gas burner.
The oven can be used hanging or lying on 8 levels with fish, meat or sausage.
